In May, JRI Orthopaedics was pleased to welcome 42 members of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire to its Sheffield head office.
Guests from across the globe were given a tour of the facility, offering a behind the scenes look at how our orthopaedic implants are designed and manufactured.
Founded in 1624, the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire has a long-standing connection to Sheffield’s metalworking heritage. Today, it continues to champion manufacturing and innovation across the region. Their visit highlighted the city’s ongoing legacy of precision engineering, with JRI Orthopaedics demonstrating how traditional expertise in high-quality metals is being applied to modern medical technology.
