About the role
At JRI Orthopaedics, we are committed to advancing surgical education and improving patient outcomes. As a Clinical Education Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals by delivering expert training on our orthopaedic products, techniques, and best practices. You’ll work closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and our commercial team to ensure excellence in product knowledge and clinical application.
This is a hybrid role with travel across the UK to hospitals, training events, and conferences.

Role responsibilities
🔹 Deliver in-depth product and procedural training to surgeons, ODPs and theatre staff.
🔹 Provide hands-on support in clinical settings, ensuring best practices in product use.
🔹 Collaborate with the sales team to support customer training needs.
🔹 Assist in the development of educational materials and training programs.
🔹 Represent JRI Orthopaedics at industry events, workshops, and conferences.
🔹 Stay up to date with the latest developments in orthopaedics and surgical techniques.

Skills we are looking for
✅ Experience in a clinical or medical education role (e.g., ODP, theatre nurse, physiotherapist).
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals.
✅ Knowledge of orthopaedics, surgical procedures, or medical devices (preferred but not essential).
✅ Ability to travel across the UK for training sessions and events.
✅ Passion for education and improving patient outcomes.
